Where students learn by doing, not by watching.
The PG Founding Internship is a hands-on programme for Peshawar's curious students. Eleven interns join us for two weeks of sessions, field visits, talks and real projects, guided by people who work in education, business and law. They leave with skills, a network, and a passport that opens PG's doors for good.

Classroom to Career, in two weeks
Progress Gateway is an education ecosystem. The internship brings that ecosystem to life: students meet mentors, visit real workplaces, practise skills and finish with something to show for it.
Learn from practitioners
Sessions led by PG directors, university partners and invited guests on careers, study abroad, law, AI and communication.
Go and see
Field trips and immersion visits to universities and businesses, so interns see how things work outside the syllabus.
Build and present
Interns work on ideas, pitch them, and get honest feedback from the Directors.
Grow a network
Interns become part of PG's circle of mentors, students and partners, long after the last day.
A pocket passport for every intern
Progress Gateway is a gateway, so every intern receives a passport. It is a pocket booklet that belongs to them, carries their photo and name, and goes with them to every PG session and event. Each talk, debate, launchpad and get-together is a gate, and each internship session is a visa that the host stamps once the intern has taken part.
Inside, interns rate 11 skills at the start and again at the end, so they can see their own growth in their own handwriting. They also collect PG Miles for attending, volunteering, bringing a friend or sharing what they learned, and they can spend those miles on rewards.
The internship lasts two weeks, but the passport does not stop working. Founding Interns keep it and bring it to future PG events, where new stamps continue the record. It is a small object that shows, over time, what a student did with PG.

Back coverThree tickets that turn questions into access
Curiosity moves in a cycle: ask, explore, create. Each intern gets one ticket for each step, and each ticket earns PG Miles when used.
Ask Anything
A private 15-minute chat with any PG host or guest. One honest question about a career, a university, law, AI or life.
Go Anywhere
Free entry for the intern and one curious friend to a PG talk, debate, launchpad or get-together.
Build Anything
Five minutes to pitch the Directors an idea for a talk, club, campaign or event. The best ideas get PG's backing.

Back coverBuild your profile on paper, one skill at a time
The Skill Tracker and Developer Workbook is a student workbook for building a hard-copy profile for their future journey. Interns use it to record the skills they are building, note what they learned and made, and see their growth in their own handwriting.
Our concept is simple: a paper certificate cannot do anything on its own if you did not build yourself. A certificate says you attended. A profile shows what you can do. Universities, employers and mentors trust evidence, and this workbook is where that evidence starts.
We ask interns to keep it close, update it, and check their profile consistently, the same way they use the PG Passport. Skills grow through steady practice, and a profile grows when someone looks at it often and keeps it honest.
